Returns and exchange details

Sorry, I do not accept cancellations. 
All orders are custom made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions thoroughly and leave all necessary information. Failure to follow listing instructions could result in a misprint at no fault to our shop. 

For custom orders, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. And since we all make mistakes, if an error was made on your end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate within 24-48 hours. Just convo us and we will work through the details. 

If an item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order (Please Note - 72 hours from the date delivered shown on tracking).

Please keep in mind that the color of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the color you see on your monitor, convo us if you need color confirmation.

Please see the current production schedule as this fluctuates based on order volume. All orders under 1lb are shipped USPS first class. We are located outside of Chicago IL, and it normally takes 1-3 days in transit depending on where you are located in the US. If you would like your order expedited, please convo us and we will work through the details.

The current production time is 10-12 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Please properly plan for this timing, thank you!
