Shipping Policy 

Due to the nature of handmade products, orders are not ready to ship right away. Please place your order at least 1-3 days in advance.

If your order or part of your order is a gift to be sent to someone we will be more than happy to include a note from you. Simply include what you want to say along with your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are estimates only and do not guarantee a delivery date. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

Pick Up Service

For pick up orders please fill out the special request form specifying dates for pick ups.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged items: If for any reason you receive a damaged package, Notify us immediately at joselyn@pepelyn.com. This will ensure a timely replacement, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order (Please Note - 72 hours from the date delivered shown on tracking).

Return Policy & FAQ

We stand behind our products and we feel that you will not be disappointed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, notify us with a statement of what was wrong and we will issue you a store credit that you can use on any of our other products. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept opened products for return.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid USPS return label via email.

How soon will I get my refund? 

Once your item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 10 days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  • Products that have been significantly used.

  • Returns on partial sets.

  • Returns or exchanges from unauthorized Pepelyn retailers.

  • Original shipping paid.
