Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid usps return label via email.

How soon will I get my refund? 

Once your item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 10 days.

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
• Products that have been significantly used.
• Returns on partial sets.
• Returns or exchanges from unauthorized Pepelyn retailers.

Please see the current production schedule as this fluctuates based on order volume. All orders under 1lb are shipped USPS first class. We are located in Chicago IL, and it normally takes 1-3 days in transit depending on where you are located in the US. If you would like your order expedited, please convo us and we will work through the details.

Being handmade products the current production time is 1-2 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Please properly plan for this timing, thank you!
